World music meets cyberpunk and they get stoned. Reminiscent of Dead Can Dance or Enigma comes the atmospheric industrial music of Delerium, the softer side-project of Bill Leeb and Rhys Fulber (best known for their hard-edged aggro-tech outfit Front Line Assembly). Rich, multi-layered sounds with a distinctly Arabic edge blend with electronic rhythms to give this album a post-millennial ambience. Groovy.
